Welcome to Tee Sah.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tee Sah website, mobile applications, AI chat experiences, meditation content, audio content, personalized guidance features, newsletters, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services”.

The Services are operated by Let’s Code Kft., a company registered in Hungary, with its registered office at 1138 Budapest, Madarász Viktor utca 47-49. 1. ép. 2. emelet, Hungary (“Tee Sah”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. What Tee Sah is

Tee Sah is an AI well-being guide designed to support meditation, reflection, breathwork, Ayurveda-inspired healthy living, conscious lifestyle practices, and personal well-being routines.

Tee Sah is created to help people build a healthier, more mindful lifestyle through small daily practices, self-reflection, and personalized guidance.

Tee Sah may provide guided meditations, reflective prompts, lifestyle suggestions, AI-generated responses, personalized content, and other educational or well-being materials.

2. What Tee Sah is not

Tee Sah is not a doctor, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, nutritionist, medical provider, emergency service, or crisis support service.

The Services do not provide:

medical advice,
diagnosis,
treatment,
therapy,
psychiatric advice,
emergency support,
professional health care,
professional mental health care,
nutritional or medical prescriptions,
legal, financial, or other professional advice.

The Services are for educational, reflective, meditation, and general well-being support only.

You should not rely on Tee Sah as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, legal, or other professional advice.

If you have a medical or mental health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, suicidal thoughts, risk of harm to yourself or others, or any immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis support service immediately.

3. Eligibility

The Services are intended for users who are at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to online services in their country.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 years old.

If you are under 16, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by applicable law.

By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Account registration

Some parts of the Services may require an account.

You may be able to register using email, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or other supported login methods.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, unless caused by our fault.

5. The 21-Day Meditation Journey

Tee Sah may offer a 21-day guided meditation journey, free challenges, premium albums, and related audio experiences.

Some content may be available for free. Other content may require purchase.

Free challenges may include rolling access, locked content, daily progression, or other habit-building mechanisms.

Premium purchases may unlock additional access, full albums, offline listening, or other features described at the time of purchase.

We may update, replace, remove, or modify meditation content, challenge rules, pricing, or availability from time to time.

6. AI chat and AI-generated content

Tee Sah may provide AI chat, AI-generated text, AI-generated meditation scripts, AI-generated audio, personalized guidance, or other AI-supported features.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate for your personal circumstances, or not suitable for your needs.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any AI-generated content.

You should not rely on AI-generated content for medical, psychological, psychiatric, emergency, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.

We may use safety systems, content filters, abuse detection, and human review processes to protect users and improve the Services.

7. User content

You may provide content to the Services, such as meditation notes, reflections, preferences, AI chat messages, prompts, feedback, support messages, nickname, or profile information. This is called “User Content”.

You retain any rights you have in your User Content. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, modify, anonymize, analyze, and otherwise use your User Content as necessary to:

provide the Services,
personalize your experience,
operate and secure the Services,
provide support,
improve the Services,
develop and evaluate Tee Sah features,
comply with law.

You should not submit content that includes sensitive information about third parties, illegal content, harmful instructions, confidential business information, or information you do not have the right to share.

You should avoid entering medical diagnoses, medication details, trauma details, legal claims, financial account information, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information unless a feature specifically requests it and explains why.

8. Use of de-identified or anonymized data for improvement

To improve Tee Sah, we may use de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized usage data, meditation activity, AI chat interactions, prompts, and other content.

For free AI features, use of de-identified or anonymized interaction data for product improvement, safety evaluation, and model improvement may be part of the free service.

If paid settings become available, paid users may be able to disable certain improvement or model-training uses of their AI interactions.

We do not intend to use directly identifying personal data for model training.

Once data has been irreversibly anonymized, it can no longer reasonably be linked to you and may not be possible to delete on an individual basis.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services.

You must not:

use the Services for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes;
attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or extract the Services;
interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
use Tee Sah to generate harmful, violent, hateful, sexually exploitative, abusive, or unlawful content;
use the Services to harass, manipulate, deceive, or harm others;
upload malware or malicious code;
attempt to bypass payment, access controls, safety systems, or usage limits;
misrepresent AI-generated content as professional medical or therapeutic advice;
use the Services in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

10. Purchases, premium content, and future subscriptions

Tee Sah may offer paid content, including premium meditation albums, in-app purchases, subscriptions, credits, tokens, or other paid features.

Prices, features, access rules, and availability will be shown before purchase.

Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or similar platforms are processed by those platforms and are subject to their terms and refund policies.

If you purchase through Stripe or another payment provider in the future, the payment may be processed by that provider under its own terms.

Unless otherwise required by law or platform policy, purchases of digital content may be final once access is provided.

If you experience a technical issue with purchased content, contact us at support@teesah.com.

If a refund is granted, we may revoke access to the refunded content.

Future subscription features, if introduced, will include cancellation and renewal information at the time of purchase.

11. Intellectual property

The Services, including the Tee Sah name, brand, design, website, app, software, audio content, meditation content, visual assets, text, prompts, AI configuration, product structure, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Let’s Code Kft.

You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial well-being practice.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, resell, reproduce, modify, publicly perform, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from Tee Sah content unless we give written permission.

AI-generated meditations, scripts, or audio created through Tee Sah are provided for your personal use only unless we expressly allow otherwise.

12. Feedback and testimonials

If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, reviews, or testimonials, you allow us to use them to improve and promote Tee Sah.

We will ask for your consent before using your name, photo, or identifiable testimonial in public marketing.

13. Third-party services

The Services may rely on third-party providers, including hosting, analytics, newsletter, authentication, payment, AI, cloud infrastructure, and app store providers.

These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

14. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or modify any part of the Services at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may release beta, experimental, or early-access features that may change or stop at any time.

15. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or suitability for your personal circumstances.

We do not guarantee that using Tee Sah will improve your health, mood, sleep, stress level, focus, lifestyle, relationships, or well-being.

Tee Sah supports well-being. It does not promise miracles.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let’s Code Kft. and its directors, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, emotional distress, or personal injury arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let’s Code Kft. from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

This does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

18. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, your use creates risk for us or others, we are required to do so by law, or we discontinue the Services.

Termination does not automatically delete data that we must retain for legal, security, accounting, or legitimate business purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by posting a notice on the website, in the app, or by email.

The updated Terms will apply from the date shown at the top of this page.
